The Lalitatrisatistotra comprises fifty-nine verses containing three hundred names of the goddess Lalita. This hymn-cum-Mantra which is to be chanted as a necessary element of the regular devotions of Lalita’s devotees is transmitted to us in a narrative of eighty-five verses.
This manual provides the practitioner with a guide to Sanskrit pronunciation, The Lalitatrisati shorter version, the teaching associated with the Mantra, and the full (longer) version of the Mantra.

An American meditation master and abbot of The Movement Center in Portland, Oregon, Swami Chetanananda serves as spiritual teacher, mentor, and beloved guide to students throughout the world.
