| PUBLIC MEDITATION PROGRAMs Monday evenings begin with chanting, followed by a talk on spiritual practice, and a short guided meditation.
On Wednesdays, there's a longer chanting practice followed by a guided meditation. Each program starts at 7:00 pm and lasts approximately one hour. These programs are open to anyone and are a wonderful opportunity to get a taste of hatha yoga and meditation practice at The Movement Center. There's no charge, but we appreciate donations to help support our programs.
