Four Week Course with Guided Meditation

meditation Learn how to reduce stress and tension in your life. This four week program will introduce you to the essential elements of kundalini meditation, a powerful and transformative practice. You'll learn about your subtle energy system, begin to make contact with the deepest part of you and awaken to your creative potential.

Each week we'll focus on a different aspect of meditation practice:

Week 1: Conscious breathing
Week 2: Navigating chakras and channels
Week 3: Cultivating a creative flow
Week 4: Experiencing deeper well-being

No prior experience in meditation is necessary. The course meets on four consecutive Wednesdays from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

  • Time: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  • Dates: Wednesday, April 7, 14, 21, and 28
  • Cost: $50 for a 4 class session
